    |So, a bit of light relief from the misery of the league over the last few weeks. With the exception of the cup games against Shrewsbury and Arsenal, Saints haven't won a game since beating Liverpool at St.Mary's in the Premier League way back on the 4th January.

Ralph made five changes to the team from the one that lost to the nine men of Newcastle in the pouring rain last weekend. The really good news was the return from injury of Kyle Walker-Peters at right back. The attention grabbing change however, was a first start for summer signing, Mohammed Salisu. The other changes were Fraser Forster once agin in goal for a cup match, together with Stuart Armstrong and Moussa Djenepo also back in the side. The disappointment for me was that Ralph preferred starting Redmond alongside Dany Ings, rather than Adams.

For their part Wolves have also been having a tough time and made several changes themselves, giving the impression that they were very much prioritising the League. Which was a concern, as we are playing them in the League at St.Mary's on Sunday.

I went into the game hoping for the best, but wondering if Saints wretched League form and luck would follow them into the FACup.

Mohammed Salisu had a decent debut for the first team. He had a couple of narrow squeaks early on, but looked better as the game wore on.

Yes, you should have done better Nathan! Redmond had a glorious chance to make it 2-0, but shot tamely at the keeper.
